TCT Show Sneak Preview: Our 3D Printers

Will you be joining us at the TCT Show this year? It’s being held at NEC Birmingham from the 28th September to the 29th September, and attendees will get to see some of the best 3D printers in the world turned on and working.

If you’re thinking about it, here’s something to whet your appetite: We’ll be showcasing several brand new 3D printers at our stand, including the following machines:

Roboze One + 400

Roboze One + 400

The Roboze One + 400 brings something new to desktop 3D printing; a dual extruder setup that can reach extrusion temperatures of up to 400 °C. This allows it to print in PEEK and two materials at the same time, including techno-polymers, nylons and polycarbonates. This is also one of the most advanced 3D printers in the world as far as internals go; it has a patented mechatronic movement with a counterbalanced pair of tempered stainless steel helical racks, and has a heated build plate up to 150 °C. It really is an awesome machine, and it’ll be on show at our stand at the TCT Show.

Printer specs:

– Technology: FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication);
– Build volume: 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm;
– Resolution: 50-200 microns;
– Unique feature: Dual extruder that can reach temperatures of up to 400 °C.

Leapfrog Bolt

Leapfrog Bolt

The Leapfrog Bolt offers one of the most appealing 3D printing packages on the market. It has an enormous 320 x 300 x 205 mm build volume; it will print at a layer resolution of 50-350-microns and at a speed of up to 100 mm/s; and it has dual separated print heads, with a ‘Mirror’ mode, which creates a mirrored copy of your part and a ‘Replicator’ mode, which prints 2 identical parts at the same time to offer 2 times the print speed. Add to that a 7″ touchscreen interface, and you have one of the most advanced FFF 3D printers available. Visit our stand at the TCT Show to see this printer in action.

Printer specs:

– Technology: FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication);
– Build volume: 320 x 300 x 205;
– Resolution: 50-350-microns;
– Unique feature: ‘Mirror mode’ and ‘Replicator mode’.

Zortrax M300

Zortrax M300

The Zortrax M300 has an enormous build volume of 300 x 300 x 300 mm, and will print at a resolution of 90-300 microns. It is built on the rock solid foundation of the M200, which is one of the most reliable 3D printers we have ever used. Buying into this 3D printer gives you access to Zortrax’ incredible filaments, such as Z-HIPS, Z-GLASS and Z-PETG. These functional filaments have outstanding thermal, strength and elasticity properties, and the M300 is able to 3D print parts the size of a motorcycle helmet. We are one of the first to get access to this stunning machine, so if you want to see it, visit our stand.

Printer specs:

– Technology: FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication);
– Build volume: 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm;
– Resolution: 90-300 microns;
– Unique feature: The ability to print functional filaments.

We will also have some very cool 3D printed parts from Formlabs, MarkForged, 3D Platform and Zortrax on show.
